Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Assist and answer customer inquiries on products, online orders, and other concerns via chat and email
  • Meet customer satisfaction metrics set by the offshore U.S. managers
  • Coordinate with teams in the U.S. for daily projects and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Business, Marketing, Communication Graduate
  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Service
  • 2 years of experience in handling eCommerce account
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
